The office soundtrack for the past few weeks has been a mix of old and new OPM hits, break-up and funeral songs, and drinking-session-inducing tracks. In the middle of it all, this one played. Haven't heard it in ages. All of a sudden, I was in high school again- listening to the boys jam, perfecting the art of putting on make up with the girls, almost sure of my place in the world. Which is ironic, since high school is supposed to be all messy and complicated. Looking back, it really wasn't. Compared to having a quarter-life crisis, excessive hormones and dealing with all the teenage drama is heaven. 

Back in present time, here I am playing the track over and over, tapping my foot and bouncing my head to the music. Didn't think anything would feel good for a while, but this sure does.
